Sheri comes from a farming background in Southeast Saskatchewan. Her move to Alberta was to pursue a career in funeral services.

An excellent training opportunity at Yewchin’s Funeral Chapel took Sheri to St. Paul, AB, after which, she moved to Calgary to continue her career. Many years were spent working and continually upgrading education, earning both a Management Certificate from SAIT and the designation of Certified Funeral Service Practitioner. Sheri is also a Grief Edu-Therapy Specialist and gives back by providing bereavement support to TTMAC (Twins, Triplets and More Association of Calgary.)

After a rewarding twenty-year career as a licensed funeral director and embalmer, Sheri is now the CEO of Platinum Emergency Services Inc. Her business vision is to increase the level of care and professionalism when caring for families and their loved ones at the time of passing. As an entrepreneur, Sheri has also introduced complementary services to her business including: trade embalming, professional pallbearer services and specialty funeral product distribution.

In between work and school, Sheri and her husband, Graham, have been blessed with three children. Sheri enjoys spending time with her girls through volunteering with Girl Guides and attending Taekwondo to watch her son.

Roger grew up in southeast Alberta on a farm of mixed grains with a variety of farm animals. He loved the farm animals but as a young man went off to try his hand at different jobs until settling in Alberta oil and gas.

Roger graduated from SAIT as a Petroleum Engineering Technologist and later added an Operations Management Certificate. After many years working in the oilfield and with all the changes happening, Roger decided a change in career was in order.

Roger has worked hard to understand the needs of the funeral industry and finds it rewarding to help families who are at a loss during a time of death.
Roger is a bit of handyman who likes cars, motorbikes, outdoor winter sports and home renovations. He spends many evenings at the curling rink. Roger’s family of five wonder about his ambitious projects but are delighted when it all comes together.

As Operations Manager in Alberta, Roger’s ingenuity has often come in handy, especially when put in a challenging situation. He takes great pride in his work and is very considerate of the families we serve and his fellow team members.

Arnie joined Platinum Emergency Services during its launch into Saskatchewan in the spring of 2018.

Having been raised on a Saskatchewan farm, Arnie has never backed away from hard work or challenges. Upon completing his B.S.A. at the U of S, he worked his way into professional sales and management with several firms, including a decade with a Fortune 500 Company as a Marketing Associate with Sysco Regina.

It is the satisfaction of working close with clients, along with his love for people, that has drawn Arnie into this industry.  The slogan of a previous workplace was “Helping your customer succeed.”  This has stuck with Arnie, and he truly believes that when you put your client first and help them be successful, one’s own personal rewards will naturally follow.

Arnie is a family man and enjoys spending his spare time with his wife, Joan and their children. If you want to see Arnie’s face light up, any conversation about cars will do that. He is a car guy through and through, which certainly ensures that Platinum’s vehicles are in good hands.

As the Operations Manager for Saskatchewan, Arnie’s goal is to build strong relationships with our clients and help maintain the professionalism of our industry. He has been instrumental in Platinum Emergency Services business growth in Saskatchewan.

Constantine joined Platinum Emergency Services in September 2019 and helped to facilitate our start-up in Regina.

Being a part of a new company isn’t something new for Constantine; coming from an entrepreneurial background, he has been a vital part of several new companies including: All Clean Natural, Avalanche Marketing, and Castel Designs. His compassionate nature and keen interest in the industry is complemented by his background in business development and communications.

One of the most important lessons Constantine has learnt over the years is that it is very difficult to be listening if you mouth is moving…..and if you are not listening, you are losing.

Over the last 20 years Constantine have been a part of six successful companies (three as co-owner). The companies shared one common denominator, Constantine believed they offered the best product or service on the market and the companies also provided a positive impact to their consumers and the community.

After 10 years of living in Calgary, Constantine decided to return to Saskatchewan in 2018 to be closer to family and friends. When work becomes your passion and you truly believe in the company, work becomes an extension of who you are and what you stand for. Constantine has always followed his intuition; his desire to work within the industry while he completes his funeral service education has aligned him well with our company.

Having a good work life balance is extremely important to Constantine. When he’s not working, you will likely find him at his gym or doing a crazy activity like rock climbing, ski diving or hiking. He is very social and loves a good adventure!

As the District Manager for Southern Saskatchewan, Constantine will manage day-to-day operations of our Regina team. His unique background and his compassionate nature will play a vital role in the success of our expansion into southern Saskatchewan.
